These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you, the user or customer, and Koraveda, governing your access to and use of our website, products, and services. This agreement is executed in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and the Consumer Protection (E Commerce) Rules, 2020.

By accessing, browsing, or placing an order on this platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. Your continued use of the website constitutes your ongoing acceptance of any updates or modifications made by Koraveda from time to time.

Nature of Products

Koraveda operates as a direct-to-consumer, inventory-led brand offering handcrafted incense products rooted in traditional and spiritual practices. These products are consumable, hygiene-sensitive, and spiritually sanctified in nature.

Once delivered, the purity, handling conditions, and integrity of these products cannot be guaranteed. Accordingly, such products are not suitable for resale or re-circulation, forming the basis of our strict return and refund policies.

Orders & Payments

• All purchases are conducted on a prepaid basis only.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
• Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.
• Koraveda reserves the right to accept, reject, or cancel any order at its discretion.
• Customer-initiated cancellations are not guaranteed and are subject to approval.

Pricing & Taxes

All prices displayed are in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of applicable taxes, including GST where relevant. While every effort is made to ensure accuracy, Koraveda reserves the right to correct pricing errors without liability.

Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are shipped via third-party logistics partners.
• Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to external factors.
• Ownership and risk transfer to the customer upon delivery.
• Koraveda is not liable for delays or damage caused by logistics partners.

Returns & Replacement Policy

All products are non-returnable once delivered due to their consumable and hygiene-sensitive nature.

Replacement is only available under the following conditions:

• Product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• Request is raised within 5 days of delivery.
• Customer provides proof (images or unboxing video).

Return Process

• Customers must arrange return shipping themselves.
• Koraveda does not provide reverse pickup.
• Products must be securely packaged.
• Shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Refund Policy

Refunds are not standard and are only processed:

• Where legally required
• Where replacement is not possible

Approved refunds will follow standard banking timelines.

Fraud & Chargeback Policy

Koraveda maintains strict safeguards against fraud and misuse. In case of disputes or chargebacks:

• Transaction evidence may be submitted to financial institutions
• User accounts may be suspended
• Future transactions may be restricted
• Legal action may be initiated if required

Limitation of Liability

Koraveda shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from product use, including dissatisfaction, allergic reactions, or improper usage.

Maximum liability shall be limited to the value of the product purchased.

User Responsibility

• Ensure availability for delivery
• Additional charges may apply for re-delivery

Data Protection

Koraveda complies with applicable data protection laws. Customer data is collected solely for order processing, communication, and service improvement and may be shared with logistics and payment partners.

We do not sell or commercially exploit customer data.

Grievance Redressal

All complaints are acknowledged within 48 hours and resolved within 30 days as per regulatory requirements.

Intellectual Property

All content including brand name, packaging, and website materials are the exclusive property of Koraveda. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

Force Majeure

Koraveda shall not be liable for delays caused by events beyond its control such as natural disasters, government actions, or supply chain disruptions.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi.

Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order, you confirm that you:

• Agree to prepaid-only transactions

This document constitutes the entire agreement between the customer and Koraveda and supersedes all prior communications.
